Use of BossHubGo services is available to persons and organisations legally capable of entering into contracts in their jurisdiction and who meet any service-specific eligibility criteria described on our site or program materials.

Participants should be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. If representing an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

You agree to use our services for lawful business purposes only and not to engage in activities that would violate applicable laws, infringe third-party rights, or harm BossHubGo operations.

Access to certain services may be restricted in some countries due to legal, regulatory or logistical considerations. It is your responsibility to ensure availability in your jurisdiction.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Keep your account details up to date. Providing inaccurate or misleading information may limit or prevent access to services and may result in termination of your account.

Protect your login credentials. Notify BossHubGo immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We maintain administrative and technical safeguards to protect account information.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing by BossHubGo. Any attempt to transfer account access without consent may lead to suspension.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected] or by phone to minimise potential impact.

BossHubGo may suspend or restrict access to accounts for suspected violations, security concerns or non-payment of fees, pending contribute.

BossHubGo provides board-level mentoring, advisory sessions, peer cohort facilitation and related digital resources designed for senior executives and board members. Service details, schedules and deliverables are described in program materials.

We may modify or discontinue features or services, including program schedules, with notice when practicable. Adjustments may be necessary to reflect participant needs or operational constraints.

While we strive for continuous availability, access to online materials or scheduled sessions may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or due to third-party service outages.

Participants must conduct themselves professionally and comply with rules for interaction during mentoring and events. Prohibited activities include harassment, unlawful conduct and disclosure of confidential materials without consent.

• Provide truthful and complete information when interacting with BossHubGo and other participants.
• Respect confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure rules and privacy of other participants.
• Engage in sessions and communications in a professional and constructive manner.
• Refrain from sharing or distributing proprietary BossHubGo materials unless authorised.
• Comply with applicable laws and any specific program requirements communicated by BossHubGo.
• Use feedback and advisory content only for intended professional development purposes.
• Report suspected breaches of these rules to BossHubGo promptly.

Users may submit materials, comments or case studies as part of mentoring. You retain ownership of content you submit subject to the license you grant BossHubGo and other participants as described below.

You retain intellectual property rights in content you create and submit, unless otherwise agreed in writing. By submitting, you represent that you have the rights necessary to share the content.

By submitting content, you grant BossHubGo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display and distribute the content for the purpose of delivering services, improving programs and performing analytics.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of user content. Do not submit content that violates privacy rights, contains sensitive personal data without consent, or infringes third-party rights.

BossHubGo may remove user content that violates these terms or applicable law. We will consider requests to remove content and may retain copies as needed for legal or operational purposes.

All rights, title and interest in BossHubGo branded materials, training curricula and proprietary methodologies remain with BossHubGo or its licensors. Users are granted only the rights expressly stated in these terms.

• Do not copy, reproduce or distribute BossHubGo intellectual property for commercial use without prior written permission.
• Do not remove or alter activity, copyright notices or other proprietary markings on materials.
• Unauthorized use of BossHubGo intellectual property may result in legal action and termination of service access.

Certain BossHubGo programs, advisory engagements and premium resources are offered for a fee. Paid services are governed by these terms and any additional agreement provided at the time of purchase.

Pricing is published in program materials or provided in quotes. Fees are based on selected services, program length and scope as described in the relevant service documentation.

Payments must be made in the currency specified at checkout. Accepted payment methods are listed on the site. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Cancellation policies and notice periods are described on subscription pages.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on the service terms specified at purchase. Requests for refunds should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Cancellation policies, including notice periods and potential fees, are described in the service-specific terms. Where applicable, partial refunds may be provided according to those terms.

Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. BossHubGo will charge taxes as required by law and will provide invoices showing tax amounts when applicable.

We may change pricing for future services. Prices for active engagements will follow the terms agreed at the time of ordering unless otherwise specified in writing.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to paid services and recovery actions to collect outstanding balances.

Information and guidance provided by BossHubGo are intended for general board-level business development and mentoring purposes. Content is not tailored legal, tax or regulatory advice. Participants should seek qualified professional advice for decisions requiring specialised expertise.

To the extent permitted by law, BossHubGo and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our services. Liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the specific service in the 12 months preceding a claim.

We may recommend or integrate third-party tools and services. BossHubGo is not responsible for their performance or practices. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Either party may terminate an agreement in accordance with its terms. BossHubGo may suspend or terminate access for breaches, non-payment or behaviour that jeopardises the safety or integrity of programs.

Upon termination, access to paid resources and program materials will cease. Outstanding fees may remain payable and BossHubGo may retain certain information as required by law.

Use of BossHubGo services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect personal data and how you may exercise your rights regarding that data.

We may send service-related notices by email or other contact methods you provide. Marketing communications are sent only with consent or as permitted by law, and can be opted out of at any time.

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date and, where required, notified to users.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a dispute arises, parties should seek to resolve it through good-faith discussions. If those discussions do not resolve the issue, disputes may be handled through mediation or litigation under the governing law provisions.
